Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To form and maintain personal files of employees, update work-related information in personal files.
  • To make notes in the employment record books on transfer, dismissal, promotion and rewarding of employees; to ensure proper record-making and storage.
  • Timely signing with employees of bonding agreements, labor contract, additional agreements, termination agreements etc.
  • To familiarize employees with documents, company internal rules and policies.
  • To send all documents necessary for the calculation and payment to the finance department in a timely manner.
  • To prepare necessary materials/documents for the qualification, certification, tender committees and to nominate employees for induction and reward.
  • To update employees personal data in HR system when supporting documents are provided.
  • To prepare and submit set reports.
  • Monitor benefits provided by the Company to employees.
  • To prepare and pass the documents on request.
  • To consult employees on issues related to HR & Administration department.
  • Participate and organize corporate events for employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Previous work experience in HR (personnel) required up to 3 years.
  • Knowledge of PC, office applications (MS WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK).
  • Analytical skills.
  • Attentiveness.
  • Team worker
