Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in the preparation of the budget of the ground services department;
• Process reports to optimize the work of the department;
• Participate in the consideration of contracts;
• Accept and enter accounting data from source documents on settlements with suppliers;
• Verify the primary documentation from the supplier with automatically generated credentials from integrated systems;
• Prepare payments to suppliers within according area;
• Participate in the analysis of deviations of actual expenses / revenues from the approved budget;
• Analyze projects and procurement / investment initiatives (cost vs. benefit).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher financial education
• Previous experience in the specialty from 1 year is desirable.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Language skills: Russian – fluent, English – intermediate.
• Analytical skills.
