Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring compliance with the requirements of environmental legislation, as well as legislation in the field of labor protection and safety of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the divisions of the Airline.
• Develop and submit proposals for improving the organization in the field of safety and labor protection. Study working conditions in the workplace, keep records, analyze and assess the state of labor protection.
• Ensuring compliance of the Airline's industrial safety and environment management system with the requirements of integrated management systems. Development of measures for the implementation and conduct of work on OHSAS 18001:2007.
• To organize investigation of industrial accidents.
• Prepare calculations of payments for emissions into the environment.
• Organize instrumental measurements at sources of pollutant emissions.
• Develop a report on industrial environmental control.
• Ensure the environmental impact assessment of feasibility studies, projects.
• Prepare an application for obtaining a permit for emissions into the environment.
• Submit all necessary reports in the field of environment, safety and labor protection to state bodies in accordance with the legislative requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Organize work on inventory of greenhouse gases, its verification, determination and confirmation of the report.
• Develop measures to prevent occupational diseases and accidents, improve working conditions and bring them to the requirements of regulatory legal acts on safety and labor protection, as well as provide organizational assistance in the implementation of the developed measures.
• Coordinate and cooperate with the Airline's divisions in setting goals and objectives, developing and implementing programs in the field of environmental protection.
• Provide assistance to the heads of structural subdivisions of the airline in the development and revision of safety and labor protection instructions, the system of labor safety standards; on the organization of briefing, training and testing the knowledge of employees on safety and labor protection.
• Participate in inspections, surveys of the technical condition of buildings, structures, machines and mechanisms, the efficiency of ventilation systems, the state of collective and individual protection equipment for employees, determining their compliance with the requirements of regulatory and legal acts on safety and labor protection. If violations are detected that pose a threat to the life and health of employees or the environment, take measures to stop the operation of machinery, equipment and work in workshops, areas and workplaces.
• Participate in testing for unauthorized substances, as well as keeping records of them.
• Organize training and testing of knowledge of employees on safety and labor protection issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education
• Knowledge of English for business correspondence Intermediate level
• Environmental legislation and legislation in the field of labor protection and safety of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• The order of systematization, accounting and maintenance of legal documentation using modern information technologies.
