Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To plan resources, organize and prepare the necessary training materials, and organize the service training process for line personnel in accordance with the training plan.
  • To plan and support the unit in customer experience (CX) data collection, reporting, analysis, and project coordination.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a similar position in planning, analytics and statistics for at least 1 year
  • Lack of active disciplinary notices
  • Fluency in Kazakh/Russian/English
  • Great desire to work and make the Company better

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Ability to work with databases and electronic systems (AIMS/LMS/MS Excel)
  • Analytical thinking ability
  • Customer focus, flexibility, creativity
  • Presentation skills using Microsoft Power Point and other applications
  • Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Ability to work at different levels of the organization and with people from different backgrounds
  • Ability to think big
