Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Check the correctness of requisitions in ERP system for the purchase of goods, works and services, accept them for execution and processing.
  • Determine the method of procurement and make appropriate changes to the Annual/Long-Term Procurement Plan.
  • Conduct marketing research on new purchases and compile comparative price analysis for recurring purchases.
  • To send info about announced purchases to all potential suppliers in order to ensure the participation of the maximum number of suppliers in the purchases carried out by the Airline.
  • Analyze received price offers and choose a supplier according to the requirements of the Procurement Procedure.
  • To negotiate with suppliers in order to agree on the terms and conditions of delivery of goods, provision of services and performance of works.
  • Conclude timely contracts within the deadlines in accordance with the Manual and in accordance with the terms of carried out procurement procedures. Create orders in the ERP system in accordance with the terms of the procurement procedures/signed contract.
  • Monitor proper execution of contracts.
  • To discuss and negotiate with suppliers on the provision of discounts and other privileges within the framework of the contract.
  • Control and monitor of incomplete, unready and rejected orders in ERP
  • To control the competitiveness between potential suppliers by constantly searching for new suppliers and regularly updating the supplier database.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree (financial, legal, economic)
  • Previous work experience required +/- 3 years.
  • Knowledge of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other guidelines and methodological materials regulating procurement procedures. Procurement procedure of Samruk Kazyna
  • English: Intermediate /upper - intermediateKazakh: AdvancedRussian: Fluent
  • Skills of planning and rational allocation of working time.
  • Skills of working with MS Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel – the ability to make graphs, charts with data analysis, reports, PowerPoint – the ability to prepare presentations). Skills of working in Oracle ERP systems and Electronic Procurement Information System. Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team
