Requirements:

• Higher educations (preferably technical)
• Work experience in company at least 2 years or in a relevant position working with reports preparation and big data interpretation in another company at least 2 years;
• Ability to take decisions independently and quickly;
• Ability to receive a big amount of information;
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Proactive thinking and ability to analyze the processes;
• Fast learning skills;
• Experienced PC and MS Office user.

Responsibilities:

• To provide actual information to cabin crew and related divisions in accordance with internal demands of the Company to ensure uninterruptedly workflow of the In-flight services Department
• To render internal service to the crew with coordination to other divisions of the Airline regarding the issues on slots, routes optimization, aircraft (herein after AC) technical condition, flight documentation, catering, sanitary items, transport and other information required for the aim of the most efficient and safe flight operations.
• Use implemented information technologies of documents systematization and automation, data base and cabin crew’s reporting procedures, approved in the Company, airline information management system (herein after AIMS), system of duty, procurement and payment system.
