Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out administrative work within the Ground Services Department FlyArystan
  • Control the turnover process (order, minimum stock, relevance, compliance) of materials used in the operations of GS Department
  • Reconcile invoices for payment of supplier services provided and initiate payment in the system
  • Monitor the certification of scales
  • Conduct an inventory and update the used equipment necessary for the operational activities of GS Department

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education sufficient to perform on the job- Bachelor degree
  • It is advisable aviation education related to technical specification
  • Knowledge of GS procedures
  • Knowledge of Russian, Kazakh at speaking level, English in writing and spoken – intermediate level
  • Stress-stable
  • Goodwill
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Efficiency
  • Concentration
  • Ability to make decision independently
  • Knowledge of corporate systems such BPS, ERP, KCPay is desirable.
