Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide prompt technical support and administration of business applications of the Airline including incidents and problems investigation and analysis.
• To regularly monitor services performance and availability and take actions to avoid/fix performance or availability degradation.
• To gather feedback from end users for continuous business applications improvement. Interact with users, external vendors, business application developers.
• To participate in all phases of business service lifecycle including design and testing of new business systems, changes in existing systems and integrations.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation on business applications.
• To participate in IT projects as per the guidance from senior colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in IT or related areas
• English level not less than intermediate
• Previous working experience in IT sphere is an advantage
