Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accept customers’ requests via e-mails and calls, and ensure timely feedback
  • Process requests from internal/external clients in line with service standard
  • Analyze requests; identify customer needs, their level and focus
  • Ability to understand and fulfill all assigned obligations precisely and on time
  • Award tickets confirmation, points accrue
  • Identification mistakes and find solutions of CRIS database and other issues related to loyalty programme 
  • Providing reports in time for management team
  • To provide correct, competent and objective information for FFP members
  • Process additional tasks of Manager, Team Leader and Senior Executive

REQIIREMENTS:

  • English, Russian and Kazakh – upper-intermediate level
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of PC, office applications, fast typing (MS WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK)
  • Ability to learn new systems
  • Experience in sales and service
  • Ability and maturity to organize time and work schedule to meet immovable deadlines
  • Conflict resolution skills
