Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and analyze all requirements necessary to improve systems and optimize business processes.
  • Control and monitor the use of electronic business systems and the quality of system support.
  • Monitor and diagnose problems and collaborate with vendors as needed to provide system support and problem resolution.
  • Initiate, plan and implement new electronic business systems and improve systems.
  • Plan and update systems in your area of responsibility.
  • Create and update technical documentation, management reports/presentations.
  • Develop new solutions to optimize existing business processes in electronic business systems.
  • Initiate and manage projects to improve and optimize current information technology solutions.
  • Manage documentation on developed business process optimization solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings with business users to jointly analyze problems.
  • Coordinate the work of the team for the support and development of electronic business systems.
  • Coordinate project work and provide recommendations on the integration of electronic business systems.
  • Monitor and conduct regular audits of processes and procedures for working with electronic business systems. Identify and correct deficiencies.
  • Monitor and, if necessary, independently provide technical support to business users during periods of closing financial months, both remotely and directly from the workplace.
  • Support and train employees and users.
  • Test business applications related to your area of responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education in the field of information technology and computer engineering
  • Experience in the specialty from 5 (five) years
  • Knowledge of English at least Upper Intermediate level
  • Knowledge of multi-tier application development
  • Knowledge of databases, methodologies for implementing electronic business systems, tools and software development technologies
  • Knowledge of the architecture and functionality of ERP systems, experience with OeBS Payroll & HR
  • Knowledge of the principles of maintaining personnel records and calculating payroll
  • Project management skills
  • Skills in organizing team work
  • Ability to use various platforms to build business analytics
  • Ability to work as part of a team consisting mainly of technical personnel
  • Possession of a high level of support for business users
  • Ability to work in stressful situations to meet work deadlines
  • Ability to take on additional responsibility
  • Strong communication, analytical skills
  • Decency, professionalism, diligence, accuracy, attention to detail
