Main duties:

·         Develop IT Security and Infrastructure strategy of the company.

·         Ensure that all IT systems, solutions and ICT services are well supported and maintained according to international standards (e.g. ITIL), and that they are fully secured and protected.

·         Ensure compliance of the Airline with ISO 27001

·         Manage and control servers, storages, network and telephony infrastructure of the Airline.

·         Continuously identify the current and future needs to extend and improve IT Infrastructure of the company and provide the solutions through implementation of the new IT technologies or through changes of existing infrastructure.

·         Manager the projects of IT security and IT infrastructure development.

·         Ensure Information Security awareness for all employees of Airline.

·         Efficiently support the end users through the IT Service Desk.

·         Build efficient team of managers and supervisors.

·         Manage the IT service negotiations with suppliers and vendors and ensuring that Air Astana gets the best value for money and control budget.

·         Formulate and carry out regular evaluation / audit of all IT security systems, networks, IT processes and procedures.

·         Manage and control of processes  to mitigate operational risks associated with IT systems.

·         Organize and control on time updates for all documents related to IT security and infrastructure.

·         Effectively communicate with foreign business partners which includes other airlines, system providers, airport operators for the operations and projects.

Requirements:

·         Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT or Telecommunications, Electronics or Computer Science related field.

·         More than 10 years experience in IT field

·         More than 5 years experience as an IT Manager in charge of IT professionals.

·         Knowledge and experience is maintaining Data Centres

·         English language knowledge (intermediate and higher)

·         Practical knowledge of current informational technologies and tendencies in IT industry, especially aviation related ones

·         Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library knowledge (ITIL)

·         Certifications in Cisco and/or Microsoft technologies

·         Certifications in IT security

·         Sound knowledge and experience in ISO 270001

·         Experience in performing IT audits

·         Knowledge of IT security tools, technologies and practices.

·         Project Management skills
