Candidate’s requirements:

  • Knowledge of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international documents regulating the performance of duties
  • Knowledge of the requirements of internal regulatory documents of the health and safety management system at work (hereinafter – SMZBP) (MS OHSAS 18001:2007/ MS ISO 45001) and Information Security Management Systems (hereinafter – ISMS) (ISO 27001:2013)
  • Analytical abilities
  • High computer general literacy
  • Planning skills in the AMES system
  • The ability to analyze statistical data and determine the necessary actions
  • Knowledge of languages: Kazakh, English, Russian (Advanced level)
  • The order of systematization of accounting and management of administrative documentation


  • To conduct on-the-job instruction in order to ensure the continuous functioning of the administration process
  • Coordinate the work of specialists
  • Keep records of statistical data of flight attendants by. the number of flight attendants in Almaty and Astana
  • Monitor the fulfillment by specialists of managers' requests from related departments for putting codes in the AIMS planning system
  • Submit lists every month to the Finance Department according to the number of flight attendants in charge of transportation costs and DHC
  • Conduct training in the field of occupational safety and health of employees of the administration and service center (OTiB/ fire safety)
  • Keep a log of accidents at work of the department for work with flight attendants
  • Keep regular statistical data on the accounting of the quantitative composition of flight attendants
  • To ensure coordinated work of specialists of the administration and service center of the department of Almaty and Astana, as well as with other departments of the Airline
  • Coordinate the work of flight attendants temporarily decommissioned for health in Astana
  • Issue and provide supervisors of flight attendants with certificates for a discount to passengers and keep reports on their use and balances to the revenue department
  • Control the sending of information bulletins (Cabin crew Notices – CCN) to flight attendants, approved by the management of the department, using the flight attendants notification system «KCDCOSpublishers»
  • Monitor timely processing of payments, releases and memos by specialists in the KCPAY system
