Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Ensure safe and punctual flight departure.

 Supervision of all functions e.g. passenger services, even ramp/cargo handling.

 Ensure all handling agents perform their contractual obligations.

 Report any deficiencies to Station Manager, Regional General Manager or Country Manager.

 In case of flight handling irregularity, also coordinate with HDQ, Station Manager, Regional General Manager or Country Manager and all concerns. Take note (in logbook) all actions/decision taken and hand over to next duty Supervisor to follow up.

REQIIREMENTS:

 Chinese citizenship.

 English – Intermediate level and above.

 Russian and Kazakh languages is an advantage.

 Higher education.

 Minimum 3 years of experience in passenger handling.

 Basic knowledge of ramp handling.
