Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure safe and punctual flight departure.
Supervision of all functions e.g. passenger services, even ramp/cargo handling.
Ensure all handling agents perform their contractual obligations.
Report any deficiencies to Station Manager, Regional General Manager or Country Manager.
In case of flight handling irregularity, also coordinate with HDQ, Station Manager, Regional General Manager or Country Manager and all concerns. Take note (in logbook) all actions/decision taken and hand over to next duty Supervisor to follow up.
REQIIREMENTS:
Chinese citizenship.
English – Intermediate level and above.
Russian and Kazakh languages is an advantage.
Higher education.
Minimum 3 years of experience in passenger handling.
Basic knowledge of ramp handling.
