Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out sales of air tickets, reaching the established sales targets.
  • Providing competent, correct and objective information to customers on air transportation issues.
  • Reservation and issuance of air tickets for flights of CU and partners.
  • Calculation of the return and execution of relevant documents.
  • Performing cash transactions and accepting credit card payments.
  • Processing requests from internal/external clients according to service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Languages: Russian fluent, English –Intermediate, Kazakh – fluent.
  • Knowledge of PC, office applications, fast typing (MS Office).
  • Experience with cash, cash registers and pos-terminals is desirable.
  • Experience with cash registers, cash and POS terminal is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus booking software (desirable).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Friendliness, stress resistance, diligence, accuracy.
  • Ability to understand and fulfill all assigned obligations accurately and on time.
