Description

Responsibilities:

Personnel management and process planning in the operational environment, supervision of the timely processing of flight planning by staff members on shift, planning of  flights in accordance with the operational  procedures and rules for flight operations, support of the company’s processes, implementation of operational requests for the execution of the company’s flights, making decisions and advising the flight staff on air navigation and weather conditions.

Requirements:

• University degree (aviation or technical is preferable)
• Experience as Flight Dispatcher/Flight Operations Officer for at least 1 year (with valid National Licence)
• Knowledge of national legislation in the field of flight production and of ICAO, EASA standards
• Working experience with Eurocontrol system
• Knowledge of flight planning programs (NAVBLUE and its analogues)
• Knowledge of LIDO Aeronautical charts
• Knowledge of aircraft systems
• Ability to handle large amounts of information
• Excellent communication skills, responsibility, teamwork, stress tolerance
• English (Upper Intermediate, Intermediate), Russian (fluent), proficiency in the Kazakh language is preferable
• Age 21 minimum
