Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To issue orders and organize delivery of required spare parts, tools, expendable material, etc. for heavy maintenance event (hereinafter – HME) at Maintenance repair organizations (hereinafter – MRO) outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• To support the engine shop visit issuing orders and organizing transportation of all required materials and spare parts.
• To organize delivery of unserviceable spares owned by the Airline along with loaned parts to repair.
• To fill in the required tables and prepare necessary reports for the purpose of ensuring verification of orders execution and costs related to organization of orders, document flow, as well as on request of immediate chief.

REQIIREMENTS:

• Fluent proficiency in Russian, Elementary in Kazakh and proficiency  in English on Upper intermediate  level.
• Basic understanding of the Customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the customs legislation of the Customs Union within the Eurasian economic community.
• The rules of carriage of goods by car, air, rail transport.
• Delivery terms according to the international rules of Incoterms.
