Description
Main responsibilities:
· To keep office and paperwork in order. Archiving, reception of incoming documents and to send it.
· To keep office work according to Airline’s requirements.
· Enter data into the ERP system as requested by department employees. Monitor the timely processing of applications.
· To work with time sheets of the Department.
· To request and receive necessary information from the departments or the executives, to organize the meetings and invite the staff at Chiefs’ request.
· To prepare English/Russian translations of documents upon chiefs’ request.
· To coordinate and arrange the department’s meetings’ schedule, negotiations and interviews including keeping minutes of them.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree
Not less than 1 year of experience on initial specialization
Candidate must have experience in the mass media proficient in spreadsheet management and word processing multitasking management
English language – advanced level
Russian language – fluent (spoken, writing)
Kazakh – preferred
