Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accumulate, process and analyze information, and develop proposals for improving the internal security system;
• Develop and implement a set of organizational and legal measures aimed at preventing, neutralizing and eliminating factors of internal, insider threats;
• Submit proposals for development and improvement of the effectiveness of activities in the field of internal security to the immediate supervisor for consideration;
• Check the personal data of airline employees, the presence of criminal, administrative or other liability in the past, in order to identify risk factors for an insider threat;
• Conduct work in the company to ensure internal security and control over the state of access control and internal facility regime;
• Identification of internal and external violators (insiders) and prevention of their illegal actions, in accordance with the instructions for countering internal threats while ensuring aviation security;
• Conduct an analysis of contracts concluded by the airline with airports, other airlines, travel agencies and other organizations on security issues;
• Organize interactions with law enforcement agencies, special government services, and security services of state and commercial organizations in order to obtain information related to ensuring the security of the airline.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Higher education (preferably in law);
• Experience in internal security/security units.
• Languages: Fluent Russian, Pre-intermediate English (preferred);
• Advanced computer literacy;
• Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely and high-quality manner;
• Effective communication skills at all levels;
• Negotiation skills;
• Monitoring the implementation of decisions, instructions, and recommendations;
• Analytical skills. Creation of summarized analytical materials and presentations;
• Organizational and time management skills.
