RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administrative support to flight crew;
  • Process requests from related departments for paperwork;
  • Issuing invoices for accommodation;
  • Organization of hotel accommodation for flight crew and guests of the department;
  • Visa and migration support and notification for foreign pilots.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Languages: Russian- Fluent, English – Intermediate;
  • Confident user PC & MS Office;
  • Sense of duty;
  • Attention to details;
  • Team work skills.
