  •          IT user support;
  •          Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the equipment and software;
  •          Installation and configuration of application software;
  •          Remote work with users;
  •          Diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer equipment;
  •          Maintain fully functional IT infrastructure computer park;
  •          Lead the millstone consumables and computer components;
  •          Participate in IT projects related to personal computers (hereinafter referred to as PCs), telephony, the network and the electronic passenger check-in system;
  •          Do not let to work on workstations and servers of third parties;
  •          Carry out periodic control checks of all workstations and test the correct functioning of anti-virus protection products.


·         Technical education in the field of information technology;

·         Previous work experience in the specialty of at least 1 year;

·         Knowledge of Russian and English languages (Intermediate level);

·         Basic knowledge of operating systems and network environment;

·         Microsoft products;

·         Technical knowledge of computer technology.
