Description

Main functions:

- Work with business class passengers, providing high-quality service;

- Preparation of the lounge before departures, control over the maintenance of a neat appearance of the business lounge;

- Meeting guests, control over the admission of passengers to the business lounge;

- Informing passengers regarding the status of flights;

- Work with food and drinks.

Conditions:

- Shift schedule, including night time;

- Wearing uniform, constant compliance with appearance standards by an agent;

- Teamwork, cooperation with other airport services.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of Kazakh and English is upper intermediate, Russian - fluent;

- Work experience in hospitality sphere/providing high level service;

- Customer focus;

- Ability to work in team;

- Ability to follow the rules and procedures, discipline;

- Attached photo to the CV;

- Age from 18 to 33 years.
