Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Business trips arrangements for flight crews;
•  Tickets’ booking and purchasing in Amadeus system for flight crews and office staff;
• Implement any changes of the routes/tickets for the flight crews;
• Hotel bookings abroad and in Kazakhstan;
• Coordination and implementation of the tickets and hotels for new coming pilots .

REQIIREMENTS:

• High education;
• Fluent in Russian and English;
• Computer knowledge, Excel, Word;
• Knowledge of Amadeus booking system (preferably) ;
• Work experience in collective group;
• Responsible, attentive to details, ability to work into the group, friendly, work under the stress.
