RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring the safety of passengers and crew;
• Providing high-quality service and creating a comfortable atmosphere on board.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Education – secondary and/or vocational education;
• Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English languages at a good conversational level; knowledge of additional languages is welcomed;
• Presentable appearance;
• Excellent health;
• Communicativeness, a high level of empathy, a willingness to work with people, stress resistance, adaptability, and the ability to work in a team.
• Desirable (but not mandatory) experience in the service industry;
• Height for men not less than 170 cm, for women not less than 165 cm;
•  Inclusion of a full-length photo in the resume is mandatory (please send in one file).

For safety reasons and due to the regular renewal of the aircraft fleet, the minimum required reach height is set at 208 cm for Air Astana and 200 cm for FlyArystan.
