Provision of competent, correct and objective information to customers on air transportation issues.
Booking and issuing air tickets for flights of partners and partners.
Calculation of return and execution of relevant documents.
Execution of cash transactions and acceptance of payment by credit card.
Processing requests from internal / external customers according to the standards of the service.
Execution of additional instructions from the direct supervisor, within the framework of his qualification and position.
Knowledge of English, Russian and Kazakh languages.
Knowledge of PC, office applications, fast typing (MS WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK).
Preferable experience of working with money, POS terminal.
