Requirements:

 

·         Higher educations (preferably legal)

·         Work experience in company at least 2 years or in a relevant position in another company at least one year

·         Ability to take decisions independently

·         Knowledge of legal base, international treaties and contracts in the sphere of civil aviation

·         Fluent written and spoken English

·         Excellent skills in drawing up letters and other official documentation

·         Excellent communicative skills

·         Experienced PC user (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)

·          

Responsibilities:

 

·         Coordination of work of Customer Relations team with other departments

·    Coordination of process of consideration of complaints and other applications from customers and timely taking decisions on them

·         Monitoring, assessment and analyzing of quality of services rendered by the company

·         Working out methods of improvement of quality of services rendered by the company

·   Providing reports on results of monitoring, assessment and analysis of quality of services to the company management
