REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing and Management.
  • Management Experience: +/- 5  years in Marketing
  • Knowledge and experience in digital advertising, email marketing, SEO
  • Proficiency in budgeting and media planning
  • Fluency in Kazakh, Russian and English
  • Excellent knowledge of the aviation and tourism industry.

Excellent social skills, including team management, ability to handle large volumes of work by prioritizing projects, ability to resolve conflicts and find the best ways to solve problems, ability to make decisions independently

Main functions

Form the necessary image of the airline by developing and monitoring compliance with branding

Organize the work of the entire department to provide advertising support, all communications on all routes of the Airline, as well as in offline markets.

Holistically position, develop and control the product in the market

 

Main responsibilities

Develop a strategy to increase sales revenue through marketing activities

Develop a plan for the implementation of the brand development strategy and its promotion

Plan work to monitor brand positioning throughout the company

Form and control the FlyArystan marketing budget

Monitor sales results and accordingly provide advertising support to promote sales in order to achieve the planned results for the company's commercial income. Conduct competitor analysis.

Develop media plans for marketing campaigns, including all own communication channels and paid channels in digital and offline directions

Control and promote the positions of FlyArystan sales channels in search engines on the Internet

Develop a strategy and oversee the implementation of email marketing activities

Plan, organize exhibitions, conferences necessary for the Airline, sponsorship of various events, inaugural events in accordance with the goals of the Airline

Research the market to understand the target audience and identify effective, new or additional marketing channels to communicate with them

Control and improve the "Customer Journey"

Improve and control the quality of all Airline products, including in-flight branding, printed material, in-flight music and lighting.

Form and control the purchase of branded products
