RESPONSIBILITIES:
To keep informational-reference work in the field of documentation.
Control and providing access to visitors to Airastana office Centre 1.
Registration and control of visitor cards.
Acceptance and forwarding phone calls addressed to the Airline.
Acceptance and registration of incoming correspondence in e-system of documentation.
Deliver internal mail to the offices of the company.
Acceptance of parcels from various courier services (DHL, FedEx, TNT, DPD, UPS etc).
Collection and processing of various reports related to the activities of the documentation service.
Participation in the development and coordination of the design of seals and stamp.
Compliance with the rules of wearing a uniform.
REQIIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: vocational education, higher
Preferably service experience, as office-manager, receptionist;
Knowledge of languages: russian, kazakh - разговорный, English- Pre-intermediate.
Computer and basic software skills Microsoft Office.
