Once your application approved, it is required to provide following list of documents:

CV
Passport
Official Logbook
Current License
Current Medical Certificate
English certificate ICAO
Training records from previous employer | LPC, OPC
A non-accident/incident letter from all previous companies
A recommendation letter from all last employers
Flying hours certificate from all previous employers
A non-accident/incident report from your licensing authority (should cover full employment)
A non-criminal record from the place of previous and current residency.
